TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bartock & Boog reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, amend or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, amendments or updates.
Bartock & Boog reserve the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.
The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
Orders & Payment
Bartock & Boog use Paypal and Squarespace, two well known and secure online payment methods allowing the customer to pay with their Paypal account or a debit or credit card (without registering for a Paypal account).
Once payment has been authorized, Bartock & Boog will send you an email confirming your order.
In the event the customer can not pay via Paypal, Bartock & Boog can also accept Cheques & Bank Transfers as payment methods from UK customers, please get in touch to find out more.
You will be notified within 2 working days, if any goods ordered are out of stock.
All orders are subject to acceptance and to the availability of the goods ordered.
Bartock & Boog is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.
The description of the Goods is as set out in the website, catalogues, brochures or other forms of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.
In the case of any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate
We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.
A Contract will be formed for the sale of Goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract.
Any quotation is valid for a maximum period of 28 days from its date unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use the Goods still owned by you, in which case you must return them or allow us to collect them.
Postage & Packaging
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Bartock & Boog’s chosen courier service (larger items only).
Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Bartock & Boog make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the goods before accepting them.
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you.
If you receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Your refund will not be processed until the item is returned back.
If you are unsatisfied, please get in contact and we will deal with each customer directly to see what can be done. Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
In cases of product misuse or products not cared for in line with Bartock & Boog care instructions, Bartock & Boog will not be liable.
Damage & Loss in transit
Bartock & Boog does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers.
Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers.
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Risk & Retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
Goods shall remain the property of Bartock & Boog until payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment, the company reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned. Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Bartock & Boog
We take all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our ‘mailing information’ to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.
Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. We prefer you to use the secure transaction services to make credit card transactions since this service is completely independent of our organization and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.

Bartock & Boog would always advise our customers that pets should be under constant supervision whilst using or wearing any of our products. Bartock & Boog will not be held liable for any accident or injury caused to pets as a result of misuse or unsupervised use.
Please note that products and colours on our website are a guide only. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by Bartock & Boog are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods.
The Supplier is not liable for: (i) any fraudulent act or omission; or (ii) for death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations. Subject to this, the Supplier is not liable for (i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or (ii) loss (eg loss of profit) to the Customer’s business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because the Supplier believes the Customer is not buying the Goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft or profession.
We try to avoid any disputes. If there is a problem with one of our products, please contact us and we can work together to solve the problem. We will aim to reply that same day.
