REFUND POLICY

What happens if I order the wrong size and need to exchange?
If you need to exchange the size of your item that is no problem! Please just let us know via email that you would like a refund or exchange and send the item back to us.  Once we have received it we will send out the new item to you. As we have a price system in place, if you are looking to exchange from an XS or S to a M or L for example then we will need to ask for the difference to be transferred to our PayPal.  If this is the case for your order, you will be contacted as soon as we have received your items back and then, once payment has been made the new items will be released. 
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the return cost of sending the item back to us, however we will cover the new item postage.

What happens if the item is not what I expected?
Customer satisfaction is of high priority to us and if for some reason expectations don't match up then please let us know so we can help. In most cases we will offer you an exchange or refund providing the product you are requesting to send back is in a re-sellable condition.  Any goods returned incomplete i.e, parts missing etc. or damaged will not be replaced or refunded.

What is the returns policy?
We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a return for exchange or refund.
The product must be in a re-sellable condition to be eligible and you will have 30 days from the time of purchase.
Once we have received your returned items back at our HQ we can then process you refund/release the new items.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you the initial shipping costs or cover the cost of return the items to us.
